Sean Keuleyan

Originally from Amish country, PA, Sean was studying film at Temple University when he started working on nanomaterials with Prof. Eric Borguet in the Chemistry department. Sean received his Ph.D. in 2013 at the University of Chicago where, working with Prof. Philippe Guyot-Sionnest, he developed colloidal quantum dots for mid-infrared applications. Outside of the lab, Sean enjoys long distance cycling and playing pool until he can get back into his old habits of flying planes and jumping out of them.
